If you have any Flashlight apps installed to the phones, uninstall them.
If it cannot remove then, help it out by uninstalling the application(s) detected. Make sure to keep this app in focus with the screen on until the scan is done, so the app isn't 'killed.' Exclude Samsung and Verizon pre-installed applications from this list. Gather a list of applications for both and compare what common applications exist.
